Toyota Material Handling North America
This was a team-based enterprise consulting project developed for Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA), a real-world business case spanning multiple brands including Toyota, Raymond, and THD. The objective was to design a scalable transformation strategy that aligns business, technology, and culture while minimizing disruption to existing operations.
I was responsible for the enterprise architecture and technology enablement workstream, collaborating with a team of four to ensure alignment across governance, operating model, financial intelligence, and communication.
My work focused on translating enterprise strategy into an execution-ready digital foundation. I applied principles from Toyota's culture (Kaizen, Genchi Genbutsu) alongside industry frameworks (Lean IT, SAFe, enterprise integration patterns) to design a phased transformation that emphasized alignment before technology investment.
The final deliverable delivered a strategic roadmap aligned to enterprise objectives to operate as a unified enterprise while preserving existing ERP, telematics, and dealer systems and enabling future growth through advanced analytics and AI.

Helios Capital Group
This was a team-based consulting project developed for the EY Case Competition 2025, focused on Helios Capital Group, a global, systemically important financial institution managing trillions in assets and facing rapid AI-driven disruption across wealth management, lending, insurance, and payments. The objective was to design a disciplined AI transformation strategy that would enable Helios to achieve a sustainable 15% Return on Tangible Common Equity (ROTCE) within five years while preserving regulatory trust, operational stability, and long-term brand equity.
I served as a Technology Consultant, leading the design of the AI-enabled technology and data architecture. I worked closely with strategy teammates to translate business objectives, financial constraints, and regulatory requirements into an execution-ready digital roadmap.
My work focused on transforming Helios's strategic mandate into a scalable, enterprise-grade AI operating model. I designed a phased transformation that unified enterprise data on a modern cloud platform, embedded AI directly into advisor workflows, and established governance and compliance controls to ensure regulatory alignment. The solution emphasized advisor augmentation, ensuring AI delivered real-time, explainable, and highly personalized insights while maintaining Helios's conservative risk culture.
The final deliverable provided Helios leadership with a credible, regulator-ready transformation roadmap that converted fragmented legacy operations into an AI-empowered wealth platform, stabilized market confidence, and positioned the organization to exceed its 15% ROTCE target through sustained efficiency gains, higher fee income, and long-term digital competitiveness.
Research + Product Build
Led a team of three in developing a Python-based sign language recognition website, surpassing existing solutions by handling 130% more classes and achieving a 4.5% increase in accuracy through multiclass classification, an artificial neural network (Tensorflow & Keras), and Flask.
Eliminated bias by training the model solely on hand landmark positions, allowing it to generalize across hands of varying skin colors and sizes.
Delivered a technical presentation to a technical audience and published the research in Springer. DOI:10.1007/978-981-99-2742-5_32.

Hyderabad, India
During my undergraduate years, I actively volunteered with multiple local dog welfare groups and independent rescuers across Hyderabad to support injured, abandoned, and at-risk street dogs.
My involvement included coordinating basic medical care, arranging food and temporary shelter, assisting with rescue operations, and helping connect animals with adoption networks. I regularly collaborated with volunteers and local associations to raise awareness about responsible pet care and the importance of sterilization and vaccination in reducing long-term street animal suffering.
This experience taught me empathy, patience under pressure, and the value of consistent, small actions in creating meaningful impact for vulnerable communities.
Government School, Hyderabad
In collaboration with Communicando Literary Club & HOPE FOR LIFE (NGO)
As part of the Communicando Literary Club, I volunteered at a government school in Hyderabad through a community outreach initiative in collaboration with HOPE FOR LIFE, an NGO that provides support and assistance to over 5,500 individuals facing extraordinary circumstances across the state.
I assisted teachers during classroom activities, supported students with basic mathematics, English, and computer fundamentals, and encouraged them to explore technology as a tool for learning and opportunity. Many of these students had limited exposure to digital education, and introducing them to computers and problem-solving concepts became one of the most rewarding parts of my volunteering experience.
Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology

While pursuing my undergraduate degree, I volunteered as a peer tutor for students struggling with Advanced Data Structures and Database Management Systems.
I conducted weekly tutoring sessions for over 38 students, helping them strengthen technical fundamentals, improve problem-solving skills, and gain confidence in subjects that often feel intimidating. Beyond academics, I served as a mentor for juniors navigating coursework, projects, and early career decisions.
Communicando Literary Club, CBIT
Head of Website Department | Senior Coordinator of Events
At Communicando, the college's literary club, I played a key leadership role in building both the club's digital presence and its campus impact.
As Head of the Website Department, I led the design and development of the club's official website, creating a central platform for event communication, student engagement, and content sharing.
As Senior Coordinator of Events, I helped conceptualize and execute workshops and interactive events focused on improving students' vocabulary, communication skills, and confidence, while also organizing fun campus-wide activities such as impersonation contests and creative competitions. These events consistently drew high participation and strengthened the club's role as a creative and inclusive student community.
Visit Communicando on InstagramThat line from Star Wars is not about hope. It is about commitment. It means when things get difficult, when systems fail, when pressure rises, you do not disappear. You stay. You adapt. You finish what you started.
That is how I build.
I do not chase trends in technology. I build systems that endure. My journey began in engineering, sharpened in enterprise development, and now evolves at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where I pursue my Master's in Information Systems with a perfect 4.0 GPA while serving as a Graduate Assistant for academic excellence. But the real story is not the credentials. It is the mindset behind them. I am obsessed with understanding how complex systems work and unwilling to tolerate inefficiency in any form.
At Accelerize360, I rose from developer to Senior Developer by doing the hard things well and doing them consistently. I lead enterprise CRM architecture, design multi-cloud solutions for Fortune 500 clients, and deliver platforms executives trust when the stakes are high. I have built real-time performance dashboards that shape strategy, engineered backend optimizations that transformed system speed and reliability, and mentored over forty engineers to ship better software with confidence and discipline.
But engineering was never the endgame.
I published AI research with Springer and led the creation of a real-time Sign Language Recognition system with ninety-nine percent accuracy, not for recognition, but to prove that technology should solve problems that matter. From neural networks to deployed platforms, I have taken ideas from nothing to production systems that change real lives.
Leadership did not arrive with a title. It was forged in execution. I have led cross-functional teams, built governance frameworks, and owned products from first requirement to post-launch adoption. When complexity rises, I do not panic. I simplify. I align people. I execute. I speak the language of engineers, executives, and users, and I make sure they are moving toward the same future.
Today my focus spans AI systems, enterprise platforms, cloud architecture, and product strategy. I do not just write code. I design leverage. I do not manage projects. I build momentum. I do not chase success. I construct it.
This portfolio is not a highlight reel. It is a record of pressure faced, problems solved, systems built, teams elevated, and standards raised.
And the mission is clear. We are only getting started.
Outside of work, I am driven by the same thing that shapes my career: curiosity and the desire to experience the world deeply, not just pass through it.
Whether I am traveling to new places, framing a shot through a camera lens, grinding through a competitive game, or training on the mat, I approach life with intention. Every interest I pursue sharpens something different in me: focus, creativity, discipline, patience, or perspective. Together, they keep me grounded, balanced, and constantly evolving.

Travel, for me, is about perspective.
Japan and Thailand were more than trips. They were experiences that changed how I see people, design, and everyday life. I came back with a deeper respect for culture, craft, and the quiet details that make places unforgettable.
I am still early in my travel story, and that is the exciting part. I want to explore more countries, collect more perspectives, and keep letting the world widen the way I think.

Storytelling is not only something I build through products and systems, but also through visuals.
I am deeply interested in cinematography and photography, especially in capturing mood, movement, and emotion through light and framing. I create short cinematic videos and visual stories, some of which I share on Instagram. If this resonates with you, feel free to reach out and I will gladly share the link.
This craft has taught me patience, attention to detail, and how powerful a single frame can be.
Pickleball is my reset button.
It is fast, social, competitive in the best way, and one of my favorite ways to stay active while spending time with friends. It keeps me moving, laughing, and grounded in the present.
I enjoy competitive gaming as a serious mental sport.
From high-level matches in Tekken 8 and Marvel Rivals to exploring entire worlds across many video games, I love the constant balance between strategy, reflex, and adaptation.
Gaming sharpens my decision-making, focus, and ability to perform under pressure.
Scuba diving is where time slows down for me.
Underwater, everything becomes quieter, calmer, and more intentional. It is one of the few places where I completely disconnect from noise and reconnect with myself.
Floating between coral, currents, and open blue water taught me patience, awareness, and respect for environments much larger than me. Every dive leaves me grounded, reset, and more present when I return to the surface.
At the end of every long day, there is one constant that grounds me more than anything else.
My English Cream Retriever, Pluto.
He is the boy I live for and the face I wait to see at the end of the day. No matter how intense the world gets, his excitement, his energy, and that smile reset everything. He reminds me why balance matters, why presence matters, and why the small moments are always the most important.
Everything I am at work is shaped by who I am outside of it.
